Feb. 17th, 2003 12:00 pmA couple more thoughts on the rally; I'm glad we went, and glad the turnout was pretty good, best in Texas, actually, though that's not too surprising. And the turnout in other parts of the world puts us to shame.
I liked what most of the speakers had to say (we got the word about people heading to various locales in the U.S. to do weapons inspections, too--and hurrah, I say)...but rhetoric is rhetoric and it always sends some part of my brain into high critical mode, no matter what its source.
