Sleep: not unless I take a pill; if I don't I wake up to a feeling as though many ants were biting me, over and over, all over.
5K: miraculously, given the above, moving along toward completion; I foresee being done by this weekend.
Tonight: the season premiere of The Gilmore Girls, which, in the echoing absence of Buffy, I have been watching in reruns, is damn entertaining. I will tape it while I am at the Alamo watching Vengeance! while noshing on food and, possibly, a sangria.
