Jun. 29th, 2006 08:18 amReason #(infinite regression) why work sucks: I missed the elephants! When the circus train was parked by our lofts? They brought the elephants and horses off for a tromp around the trainyard, right by our lofts, and I missed it! I missed the elephants!!!! At my home!!!!
And if I'd been home? I could have also walked along the train and seen the lions and other great furry beasts.
Bitter. Very bitter.
Yoga last night in the pavilion: Good to do, even though I'm still not thrilled with the teacher. But they started later and by the end the mosquitos were out. How hard is shavasana when there's mosquitos buzzing and biting you? You do the math.
Jobsearch: we. are. remaining. optimistic.

On the side of the angels:
unexpected breakfast with friend A yesterday morning, very pleasant, lots of good convo, yummy food at Magnolia's, ride to work after.
I've been getting a ride in most mornings with neighbor B, in her jeep, which is fun.
four-day weekend coming up (technically, it's not, but with Tuesday off, why come in Monday?)
