sleeeeeeeeeepy
Nov. 14th, 2006 03:07 pmCriminy. So. Sleepy.
I've figured, since this intense daytime/afternoon sleepiness seemed to get worse when the auto-immune thing onset, that it's part of that. Immune system in overdrive=tired. But is it?
I have no sleep apnea that I know of; I seem to myself to be sleeping well at night. I always fall asleep and sleep all night, or most of the night with one brief waking period, and I dream.
It could be the lighting here at la yob. I find myself yearning toward the sunlit windows on the far wall, that I don't even face. For all that I love rain, I also love the sun, and like to soak it up.
In the new anime Skyland there are "seijins," who have supernatural powers fueled by the sun. Maybe it's like that.
Maybe I just need tea.
