How to turn your cup of hot tea into a portable steam room:
Make sure the water is steaming hot.
Put a light cloth of some sort, preferrably clean, over your head and the cup.
Blow lightly onto the hot tea, breathe in through nose; repeat until you can't stand it or you have to blow your nose.
Reheat tea in microwave or refresh with hot water.
Repeat.
