Lunch with Pamzin yesterday, with much talk of writing, process, community, and housing (she and Chad have been looking for six months now), then we went to check on my building site. You can see the shape and size of my condo (looks kind of small, but oh well), where the windows will be--so cool. Ran into another friend who is seriously thinking of getting a place there, too. Which would rock.
Then the usual foodshopping and pick-up of the organic farm produce with Nadia, and then celebration with dinner and fruit tart of Casey's b-day.
In between I reread a Nightwing collection (drool), mailed off my tax stuff to my lovely tax person, and put Alyx's (modest) b-day prezzie in the mail.
Also reading latest Patricia McKillip, which is not so new anymore, In the Forests of Serre. And I have a DVD, Millenium Actress, to watch this evening.
Nice chat with the Alyx this morning, and even some revising work done. So, all in all, it is good.
