Sprinked by mist riding the wind this morning. I raised my face to it and almost felt like I could, I dunno, fly. Yeah. It's true. Mist makes me kinda ecstatic.

Had an excellent dinner at Madam Mam's with P&C last night. C is just back from a three week tour with his band The Transgressors, and while in Pittsburgh, he met and hung out with David Byrne on David Byrne's birthday. Currently, Byrne is touring with an Austin ensemble, The Tosca String Quartet, with whom, of course, C is friends, at least one of them having played with him in the past; they all happened to be playing in Pittsburgh on the same night. By C's account, David Byrne is every bit as nice a guy as you might think. They hung out at a dive bar of which C knew from having been there before and David actually rode his bicycle there from wherever the tour bus was parked.
