I am a great lover of box art, such as that which was made by Joseph Cornell, and I make my own. So, of course, I think these are wonderful.
I'm not sure I'd want to make a remembrance box per se, but I did make a little fimo sculpture of my cat Tavi awhile after she died and I move it, with a tiny antique Chinese doll of a little girl, around from box to box of the ones I have made. In one, they play a game with small fiorelle glass pieces while a breeze blows through shimmering curtains, stirring the ribbons of mardi gras masks on the wall; in another they lean over a ouija board on a red velvet couch; in another they chart the stars and peer into a crystal ball...
