I am a survivor of childhood sexual abuse.
eta: it was between the ages of five and seven, repeatedly; I'd say the shame is maybe 90% dealt with...but it's been a very hard row to hoe and I wouldn't say I now have a particularly satisfying experience of sexual intimacy with anyone, though I'd like to. But self-protectiveness is a hard hard habit to break.
