Rad the Mac dude fixed my iMac yesterday after, if I understood him correctly, the analog board shorted out. There were scorch marks. Apparently it could have been worse. There could have been a 'splosion, and fire. Rad's name is short for something unpronouncable in Polish. This swift fixing of the computer was made possible by rides from two different good and wonderful friends, the letter i, and some of the little money left in my savings account.
Tonight I get a massage. Can I have a hallelujah?
The last thing I did before going to bed last night was make brownies, as thank yous for the good friends who gave me rides with 'puter. When I turned off the lights the loft was floating in a cloud of chocolate warmth.
Blade Trinity is a bad movie, but seen with expectations low and a desire for kickass and pretty, is is great fun.
Zen restaurant is fast, good, and cheap. Also, they have a soy ginger pudding that rocks.
