Apr. 26th, 2005 03:09 pmTwo nice rides on the ebike this past weekend, Saturday to Whole Foods and Book People, a longish ride, Sunday to pick up lunch for crutch-boy Chad and bring it over to his place.
Leaving tomorrow for to visit my friend Katherine and her family in Atlanta. She's much pregnant and they just moved to a new house. Got this cool thing very cheap at Book People to give her four-year-old, Ava.
Back Sunday.
Hoping I can be calm and okay about putting off any further action on the money sitch until next week, so as to actually enjoy la vacaccione and visit.
Took big, fat, heavy copy of Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell out of undergrad library for to heft along on trip. And read, of course. Though I could probably kill someone with it if it becomes necessary.
