Timalyne tapped me for "D" and I replied in a comment, but I thought I'd post it here, too.

Dreams
I love dreaming and dreams. Once I wrote a story based on a dream and I felt like I was translating some kind of dreamolalia or something; the story did seem to give my word processor fits--one part got garbled for no reason I could find and was never fixable.
Dogs
I love dogs, but they are too much responsibility for me. I love their paws and their eyes and their legs and their noses and their beastliness.
Dancing
Is my favorite form of exercise.
Dread
Was an uncomfortable companion of mine, the oily empty void under the floorboards of my being, for many many years. I don't care what anyone says, I meditated, did yoga, exercised, went to much therapy--it didn't go away until I started taking anti-depressants and I don't freaking miss it at all.
Dim
is how I prefer my lighting.
Dragons
I call my cats furdragons and they are.
Deer
I was once running through the woods in Northern California and came face to face with a big deer; we both stared at each other, frozen still, then bounded off in opposite directions at the same time. I don't understand, I. Do. Not. Understand how anyone can look a deer in the eyes and kill it if they don't need the food it would provide.
