About to head off in the rain and trailing the night's storms, to go to Ikea in Houston with N, for to buy my bed loft.

N just called to say uh-uh, she don't wanna drive in the rain and possible stormage. Can't blame her. Maybe tomorrow...a little sad that she waited until I was well and truly excited to cancel.
