Arrgh. It doesn't happen often, but my lower back is a-hurting. Seized up last week and I've been trying to work it out ever since doing yoga stretches and relaxation stuff. If there was a chiropractor in this town that wasn't a money-grubbing, scare-tactic using twit, I'd go; if I could afford to see my long unseen massage therapist, I'd go. As it is, yoga's what I've got. It's kept me mobile, but the ouch is tiring. Plus I've developed this weird soreness in the tendons at the back of my left leg, above the ankle; as much as I stretch it and try to make it get better, it just don't, and I can't trace it to anything in particular. Except that my body seems to have decided it's time to fall apart. Then there's the occassional creaking in the tendon below the thumb web in my left hand, not painful, just uncomfortable. bleh.
Considering all of this, I'm in pretty good spirits and maintaining productivity and even having fun.
But what the heck?
