Dream snip from this morning: Dick Grayson and T'ealc from Stargate SG1 have come to see a newly returned to town Barbara Gordon, who is blonde and looks a bit like Kim Basinger and has a baby who she's carrying around without fuss on her hip. Her place is shadowed, highly noirish (maybe she didn't pay her electric bill). They are looking at her high tech equipment and she is sighing, saying everything's out of date and that she doesn't feel very superhero-ish. She takes a book out of her backpack as evidence of such, brandishing it and saying, "See? Kierkegaard."

Nadia's home and a bit more optimistic. Apparently the treatment they're doing on her mom can mean years more life.

Observation: the kids misbehave with Nadia way more than with Casey. It may have to do with her level of micro-management. And that they seem to feel the need to push the envelope with her way more than dad.

Was a zombie at work yesterday, so I hied me home and napped on the couch. Then I did a quick like bunny run to foodshop and came home to find out, sadness, no Phyllis for Buffy viewing. So I watched alone and was generally perplexed and displeased. All I could think was, the writers thought, hey, what haven't we done yet--oh, I know, we haven't driven a wedge between Buffy and Giles really hard, let's do that. And hello, Spike? no, behavior bad and not soul-like and Buffy? insane and stupid much? Sigh. Hopefully things will perk up with Faith's arrival.
