Yesterday was a bust as far as planned chores went, but a pleasant time was spent out with Nadia and Allegra doing errands on South Congress. Green (the process, not the color) linoleum picked out at Ecowise for some projects in the house (the color picked was dawn grey, which contained a whisp of cool green, actually). Afterwards we strolled, window shopped, went into Terra Toys for Allegra (okay, I looked at the miniature stuff, but I didn't buy anything), and then had lunch at Guerro's. Allegra loves going out with the girls. She is generally very well behaved, sweet, and delightful. You can actually eat at a restaurant with her (which is not the case with her brothers, who are a year older). Girls rule. Food shopping and home. Where I somehow managed to get nothing done except changing out Aristotle's fuzzed over collar for a new one and futzing around with this and that.

Yhe weather was cool and breezy, if overcast, all day and it rained last night, into this morning. Stopped now. But it was lovely having the windows open and listening to the gentle pop and sprackle on house and leaves.

Today is a writing day and that's all there is to it. Though at some point there will have to be a shower, and I want to go to the waterballet this evening.
